I am the king of multi-tasking.

If you are like me you have 25 tabs open on your internet browser right now. I am currently writing this post, checking Facebook, replying to people on Twitter, and checking our stock prices watching Netflix. As you can imagine, this level of multi-tasking makes it hard for me to get things done.

But what if there was a better way? Is single-tasking the way to go? Can I multi-task a single-task? Does this even make sense?

The truth is some people need to focus on their task at hand and nothing else…and some people need to attempt multiple things at one time to get things done. If depends upon your personality and strengths. Even more important is knowing where you spend your time.
