What is a Multipotentialite?
We first heard of Multipotentialites from friend of the show Jim Woods on Jon Acuff’s blog. Find it here.
Multipotentialite – “An educational and psychological term referring to a pattern found among intellectually gifted individuals. [Multipotentialites] generally have diverse interests across numerous domains and may be capable of success in many endeavors or professions, they are confronted with unique decisions as a result of these choices.”
3 Fuels You Need to Dream Bigger
1. Fuel your reality. A key to dreaming big is big learning. The more you educate yourself, the more you find ways to dream big. Spend time reading books that expand your knowledge and grow your reality. It is no coincidence that big dreams are also readers.
2. Fuel your imagination. This one is slightly different, because this one allows for artistic and creative growth. You can do this through movies, art museums, fiction books, or anything that helps you broaden your horizons.
3. Fuel your possibilities. All men dream, but not equally. Those who dream by night in the dusty recesses of their minds, wake in the day to find that it was vanity: but the dreamers of the day are dangerous men, for they may act on their dreams with open eyes, to make them possible. – T.
